Payment Methods

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
• Invoices are provided for all services
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• For enterprise clients, net 30 terms may be arranged upon request

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are available within 30 days of service completion if the service did not meet your expectations. Service cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Security

All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you immediately. You will have 7 days to arrange an alternative payment method or we may suspend services.
